01/07/2011 was the date that I start n0t t0 eat rice until I g0t ideal weight. The beginning 0f my j0urney t0 be slim was n0t easy! My current weight are 62kg..actually I’ve been c0ntr0l my eating lifestyle 3m0nths ag0..I’ve l0st 6kg in 6 m0nth.. means my 0ld weight are 68kg alm0st 70kg..huhu. It’s a pre-0besity acc0rding t0 my BMI status.. s0 scary right? n0w my BMI status are 0verweight in range 0f 25.0 -29.9.. (my current BMI : 26.48)
T0day,it’s the 2nd day 0f j0gging..I j0gging with my friend wh0 want t0 l0ss her weight als0..my target l0ss weight per week are 4-5kg..I want in 3m0nths my BMI status will change t0 n0rmal range. That’s mean if I can l0ss 4kg in a week,in 3 m0nths I can l0ss 12kg! And if that happen my b0dy weight w0uld be 50kg (62 kg minus 12 kg = 50 kg) and the t0tal l0st in 9 m0nth w0uld be 18kg (6kg plus 12kg = 18kg).. It’s a big t0tal weight t0 l0ss! But I will w0rk hard t0 achieve that.
My b0yfriend said,if I l0ss 20kg he will give me special gift. But he als0 said if 10kg loss,I will get present als0 but n0 s0 special lah...haha! If I ch00se 0rdinary gift I just need t0 l0st 4kg.. But my target n0t t0 l0ss 4kg 0nly but 12kg! hmm...I h0pe will success! Huhu....
